Our Story
After getting their bachelor’s degree in engineering, a master’s degree, and lots of experience in the corporate world, and in the construction industry, both overseas and in the United States, Alejandro and Maria decided that their skills would be better used to serve the community if they started their own business. They left their loved but troubled home country, Venezuela, with the goal of creating a unique, customer centered, and family owned and operated business where they could maximize their talents and create a synergy with their operations and administrative skills. That’s how SBS Synergy Builder Services became a reality.

Alejandro Guerra (Alex)
Founder & Operations Manager
Alejandro, a serving man with natural problem-solving skills and a success driven mindset has been maximizing his abilities working directly with clients, orchestrating, and putting all the pieces in place to beautify homes all around Houston and surrounding areas. Builders, home buyers, and his crews of installers have been benefiting from his excellence, hard work, and dedication when it comes to flooring and countertops installations. His goal is that SBS becomes the number one flooring company in Texas.
Maria Leon
Co-founder & Administrative Manager
Maria is a detail-oriented, focused, and organized woman, who was the perfect fit to take ownership and lead the administrative role in the company. Her goal has always been “make her clients’ lives easier and exceed their expectations”. She feels very proud and fulfilled because she’s been accomplishing her goal. She is ready to take SBS Synergy Builder Services to the next level and together with Alejandro and their amazing team become the number one flooring installation company in Texas so they can help and serve even more clients.
